Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If applicable, item casing must not have been opened, and any serial numbers must match our records. New items must be returned in new condition. Factory or other seals on items and packaging must be intact. If a new item has been used, opened, or otherwise modified, we will not be obligated to approve the return, or we may issue a higher restocking fee. This is because the retail price of many items, once used, may be significantly lower than for identical new items.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number and authorization mail, customer must re-ship/return the package within 3 business days to the given address in the authorization mail.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the time we receive your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking and handling fee per item on non damaged and non defective items.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items on sale/discount
- Items that are explicitly described as non-refundable items. These items cannot be returned and refund under any circumstance.

Exchanges (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
