Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipment Processing Time

We do our best to ship the same day for any product purchased prior to 1 pm German time, if the stock is available. If we were not able to get it out the same day as the order, then we will ship the following business day if the product is available. In the case that product is not in stock, shipping time will vary (depending on your item).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you are paying by check or bank transfer, shipment may be held until funds clear.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please check the checkout area for a rate specific to your location and the items in your cart. Please note given shipping dates are only estimation and Canopus Innovation cannot commit to any delivery time. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once your package is provided to the logistics company, delivery is outside of our hands.


  • The customer is responsible for any shipping carrier charges that result from the customer providing an incorrect address, or from the customer not being present to accept delivery.
  • If for any reason we find out the shipping cost is higher than the estimated cost, we will inform you of the updated shipping cost and the customer has to pay the extra shipping cost before we ship the item. This extra cost will not include tax, duties, or other costs your country may charge.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cuba, Ghana, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Ukraine, Venezuela, Zimbabwe

Important: This list is not limited to the above countries and in case we learn your item can not be shipped with available carriers we will inform you with email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Usually, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties &Taxes

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Canopus Innovation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.


Canopus Innovation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
