What is plant relocation?
Plant relocation is the planned move of a factory, a production unit, or a complete manufacturing facility from one site to another.
In practice
It covers more than trucking machines. A plant move includes planning against production, registering every component, dismantling, packing, transport, reassembly, and commissioning so the plant can run again.
Canopus Innovation treats plant relocation as one project from the first inventory tag to the last trial run, with optional 3D scanning of the as-found state.
